Rosalind is the founder and Managing Director of Kina Advisory Limited, providing strategic advice and assistance to companies investing and operating in Africa and managing political, socio-economic, environmental and governance risks and opportunities that are critical to their commercial success.  She was previously Vice President of External Affairs & CSR at Tullow Oil, a Senior Executive of the De Beers Group, and a corporate lawyer at Linklaters in London. Rosalind has been awarded an MBE for services to corporate social responsibility for the benefit of young people in Africa.
